MBBS / BDS / B.Sc (Nursing) / BPT Admissions-2013

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the following courses for the academic year 2013-14

Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute, Enathur, Kanchipuram

MBBS

Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai

BDS

Meenakshi College of Nursing, Mangadu, Chennai

B.Sc (Nursing)

Arulmigu Meenakshi College of Nursing, Medical College Campus, Enathur, Near Kanchipuram0632552

B.Sc (Nursing)

Meenakshi College of Physiotherapy, Chennai

BPT

Eligibility: Higher Secondary of equivalent qualifying examination with 50% of aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) for MBBS and BDS course

45% of aggregate Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) and English for B.Sc (Nursing) and a pass in higher secondary course examination for BPT degree course

Age: The age of the candidates should not be less than 17 years as on 31st December, 2013

Selection: Selection will be made on merit based on the marks secured in the entrance test conducted by this university on All India basis

Counseling details will be announced on website www.maher.ac.in

Application Form: Brochure and application form for MBBS and BDS may be obtained in person on payment of Rs 1000/- by cash and Rs 500/- for B.Sc (Nursing) and BPT degree courses

To receive the application by post for MBBS and BDS, the candidate should send a requisition letter along with a demand draft for Rs 1,100/- and for B.Sc (Nursing)/BPT a demand draft of Rs 600/- as the case may be drawn in favour of the Registrar, MAHER payable at Chennai

The application form can also be downloaded and submitted along with a demand draft for Rs 1000/- for MBBS/BDS courses and Rs 500/- for B.Sc (Nursing)/BPT degree courses respectively

Important Dates

Last date for receipt of filled in application forms: 17th May, 2013

Date of common entrance test: 26th May, 2013
