Applications are invited from Eligible candidates for admissions to Medical, Dental and Engineering courses for the year 2013-14 at constituent colleges of SSAHE Viz., Sri Siddhartha Medical College/Sri Siddhartha Dental College/Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology

Eligibility

Candidate who has passed the 2nd year Pre-university or 12th standard or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biotechnology/Biology in respect of Engineering courses and Physics, Chemistry and Biology in respect of Medical and Dental courses as optional subjects and English as one of the language
 
It is mandatory, that the candidate has obtained not less then 50% of the aggregate marks or equivalent grade in the optional subjects is eligible for admission
 
40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category for Medical, Dental and Engineering courses (As declared by the Govt of Karnataka from time to time)

Age: The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December, 2013

Seats Availability

M.B.B.S: 80% to be filled by University based on SSAHE-AIUGET-2013 General Merit 98 seats and SC/ST (18%) 22 seats and total seats = 120

B.D.S. 80% to be filled by university based on SSAHE-AIUGET-2013 General Merit SC/ST (18%) 26 seats and total seats = 32

Entrance Test: Tumkur-01, Bangalore-02, Kolkata-03

Schedule of test

Phy and Chemistry: 10.00 a.m to 12.00 p.m

Mathematics: 2.00 p.m to 3.00 p.m

Biology: 03.15 p.m. to 04.15 p.m

Online application form: It is available on the University website which can be filled and submitted

Offline application form: It is available from the university website in the PDF format which can be downloading OR the candidate can directly get the application form the University office

Submission application form

Online Application Form: Application form after filling the details can be submitted online on or before06th May, 2013

Offline Application Form: Filled application form along with all necessary enclosure and demand draft to be sent to the address given below on or before 14th May, 2013

Fees

Filled application form along with all necessary documents and the Demand Draft for Rs. 2000/- for three subjects OR Rs. 2500/- for four subjects, payable at Tumkur drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of 'Registrar, SSU, Tumkur' has to reach by Registered Post or submitted in person to the Registrar's Office SSAHE, Tumkur on or before 14th May, 2013

Last date of submitting online application forms: 06th May, 2013

Last date for receiving hand filled application forms (On-line and Offline): 14th May, /2013

Dispatch of test admission tickets to provisionally eligible candidates: 15th May, 2013
